*Sigh*
I'm should to be in Texas right now.
With my favorite kids in the world.
Waiting in lines.
Riding rollercoasters.
Standing under the misters for relief from the blistering southern heat.
Getting new tan lines.
Laughing as Kate get doused in water during the rapid ride, just because it always happens to her.
Its tradition. Every year, when Aunt Nettie comes to town, we go to Six Flags. We get up early, grab breakfast somewhere on the way out, someone inevitably gets carsick on the way there, we spend a day together having wayyyy too much tiring fun, and then we fall asleep in the car on the way home. That is just how it goes. Except that today, its happening without me :( Because this year Aunt Nettie couldn't afford the traditional summer trip to Texas.
Bummer dude.
But those kiddies are having fun anyway, and i've been assured that i'm there in spirit.
