Partyin' Like It's 1990 Somethin'
Slap bracelets. Candy necklaces. Grunge. Parachute pants. Kurt Cobain, MC Hammer, and Flavor Flav. Overalls. Leather. Lipstick. Butterfly clips. Sparkles. Stretchy shirts. Flannel. Ripped jeans. Blazers. Jean jackets. Turtlenecks. Spice girls. A lot of jumping up and down. A whole lotta dancing like it was 1990 somethin'. All of the above were present last weekend as we turned back the clock a few years and relieved the favorite things about our childhood. Soooo, question: does this mean my children are going to be going to like, 2000s parties? What will that even look like? I don't know, but I have to say, i'm pretty excited for it.
